Standing
The Album Rome posted its roll of names on a board in the forum. That is the list you are joining, and it is only a list of men eligible to stand.
You apply once. Two photographs taken that day: waist up, shirtless, face lit and unobscured, holding a piece of paper showing the date. No hats, no sunglasses, no filters, no editing, nothing across your torso. You declare your queue, strict top, strict bottom or verse, and your age. You put a card on file. It is not charged.
Photographs expire at ninety days. An application that runs six months therefore needs about two sets. We are not interested in how you looked last spring, and neither is the room.
The Lectio When the censors read down the roll and struck names off it.
At six months you come back through in full, with photographs taken that week. Founders, hosts and whoever wrote this page go through it the same as everyone else. Grandfather a single man and this becomes the thing it was built to replace, usually inside two years.
